NEW GIZA for Real Estate Development S .A .E a company registered in Egypt Under the Egyptian laws and having its address at 3, El Mansour Mohamed St ,El- zamalek -Cairo-Egypt .
(Hereinafter Called the Employer") of the one Part.
New Delta Vision for Construction a company registered in Egypt Under the Egyptian laws and having its address Elkhamayal city – Building 25 –ground Floor –Apartment 2 –
Sheikh Zayad, Egypt.
(Hereinafter called the contractor")
Whereas the Employer desires that the Works should be provided and executed to Complete External Wall finishes, internal plastering ,internal finishes Works for public Areas and Roof finishes works for 4 Apartment Buildings of" Linear Residence 2" Type ,namely Building A7,A8,A9&A10 as described in the contract Documents ,and has accepted a tender by contractor for such works , as described in the contract Documents |
